UPDATE: It appears that President Bush has nominated Texas A&M President, Robert Gates to take over. With the (re)election of Daniel Ortega as president of Nicaragua, is this a move towards dealing “with this issue?” (Gates was head of the CIA during the last “issue” with Nicaragua.)
