I was flipping through blogs and found this link to an advertising campaign promoting the use of condoms amongst catholics, and seeking to have the Pope overturn the current ban on condom use. I thought this was very progressive.
The main focus is on the reduction of new HIV infections through the promotion of safe sex (yes Virginia, there are some that are not fatigued by this concept).
