The Associated Press is reporting that Jim Webb is going to take Virginia, after Senator Allen continues to trail by over 7,000 votes. It seems that Virginia has a very civilized elections process which was established by a bi-partisan elections administration, and in the last two recounts the amount of votes have not been enough to change the outcome.
