More dinner convo followup

One other thing I mentioned during dinner, that I thought I should post on. Again, over The Smoking Gun (TSG) we read about Melissa Irene Tanner who recently gave birth to her seventh child. The reason Tanner is being featured in TSG, is due to the fact that she decided to split a case of beer with her boyfriend shortly before giving birth last month. Tanner's baby, a girl born June 30, had a BAC of .21, nearly three times the Oklahoma limit. During her pregnancy, she drank a case a beer a week. Charming, no?

She has been charged with felony child neglect.
