Chris just emailed me to say that our offer for the bed and breakfast in Key West was too late. They have already received an offer, and are under contract. I guess that is good, but I'm a little (er, lot) disappointed by this. My friend David tells me that disappointment is quite common when it involves property. I guess that is true.
