Well I’m no longer a Jimmy Buffet concert virgin. The crowd needs to be seen to be believed - a soccer field full of happy drunks!

Over the last few months, Chris and I have been working with a phenomenal group of people to support former Frisco Mayor Kathy Seei in her announcement (and her campaign) to run for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2008. She will be running for Congressional District 4 which is currently held by Representative Ralph Hall. While it may surprise some of our friends that we are supporting a Republican, it has to be said that she is a true republican in her ideals, and beliefs and both of us are very supportive of her in her journey. Well after being down for almost a week, my blog is back up. VistaPages - our hosting provider - has been doing some major upgrades over the last few weeks, and while most of my other websites have transitioned without incident, my blog did appear to be a casualty (albeit for a brief moment).

As this brief interruption was only a few days, I can’t blame it for the absence of posts over the last few months. I can blame many things, however not that

I’ve been giving my blog a bit of a rethink, and have been considering merging my blog with my website. This will keep my website fresh, and I only have to worry about one database backup instead of the two I have now. I’ll update when (or if) I decide to take that step.
