Briefly Me

I was born on the 17th of June, 1968 making me a Gemini born in the year of the monkey. I lived most of my childhood in country Victoria (Australia), until I started work with the Australian Public Service in 1985, when I then made the move to the Big City (i.e. Melbourne).

In November 1987, I met Daniel, and after we spent eleven and a half wonderful years together exploring the world and meeting new friends, we (I) ended our relationship in March 1999.

In March 1999, I moved to Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA, to be with my (now) husband. Since moving to the United States, I have completed my Associate of Applied Science (E-Business Media) and Associate of Arts at Collin College, as well as my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas.

I spent eight years after graduating working with Big Brothers Big Sisters which ended in December 2015. Since then I have been searching for a new role, as well as partnering with Rodan+Fields to build a micro-business when it launches in Australia in the latter part of 2016, as well as exploring the options to starting my own consulting company.

Today, I live with my husband Chris in our suburban style home with our sweet dog Sophie, my mother-in-law’s dog, Cabernet, and our cat, Max.
